Former Saturn Director Joins Peanut Butter & Co.TWENTY12

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Giana Roberge to Direct Peanut Butter & Co TWENTY12

Women’s Professional Cycling Team

Santa Rosa, CA (November 10, 2010) - Peanut Butter & Co.TWENTY12 Women’s Professional Cycling Team announced today that Giana Roberge will take the reins as director for the team as Kristin Armstrong steps into the racing arena. Armstrong thrilled fans last month when she went public with her decision to return to the peloton to defend her Olympic and World Championship Gold Medals, but her decision left the driver’s seat in the team car empty.

The decision to bring Roberge into the fold was a natural one for Nicola Cranmer, General Manager, and Armstrong, Team Captain. Roberge played an instrumental role in the team’s foundational grass roots days as the PROMAN Hit Squad. “I first worked with Giana five years ago. She constantly impressed me with her professionalism, knowledge and strong advocacy for women’s cycling. She was not only a great mentor for the riders, but for me as well. She was more than willing to share her experience from her time with the fabled Saturn program. “ Remarked Cranmer, “ I learned so much in regard to program presentation and management from my time working with her."

Roberge has a rich history as a team director. As the former Team Director for the Saturn Women's and Quark teams, Roberge brings racing wisdom, tactical knowledge and a professional approach to women’s racing. Under her direction, the Saturn Women’s Team won the UCI Team Title and the Women’s World Cup Title two consecutive years, as well as the Redlands Classic, the Liberty Classic, the HP Women’s Challenge, Tour de L’Aude, and the Holland Ladies Tour.

“It is an honor to work with the roster of riders and sponsors that Nicola and Kristin have assembled,” said Roberge. " I am very excited to return to the Director’s roll with such a talented, eager and promising group of women to work with, including 17 year old rising star Ruth Winder and Durango based talent, Kristin McGrath, who came back to win Green Mountain Stage race after being unable able to compete much of 2010 due to an injury. Not only are the riders incredible, the Team has an outstanding roster of supportive and enthusiastic sponsors including new partnerships with Felt Bicycles and Zipp which speaks directly to the excellent job both Nicola and Kristin have done to promote the Peanut Butter & Co.TWENTY12 Team. “

Roberge will begin working with the team immediately.

ZIPP AND SRAM ANNOUNCE MAJOR PARTNERSHIP WITH PEANUT BUTTER & CO.TWENTY12

November 3, 2010 - Indianapolis, IN USA - The Peanut Butter & Co. Team TWENTY12 women's professional cycling team, which last week announced the return to racing of Olympic gold medalist and two-time world champion Kristin Armstrong, will use a broad range of products from Zipp Speed Weaponry for the 2011 season.

In addition to Zipp's full line of carbon race wheels including the new 404 FirecrestTM and 808 Firecrest, Team TWENTY12 will ride Zipp's Service Course SL aluminum drop bars, stems, and seatposts, along with Tangente tires and the Vuka line of aero bars.

Kristin Armstrong said, "We are excited to partner with Zipp through London 2012. I have won two World Championships and an Olympic Gold on Zipp wheels - hands down they are the only wheel I would ride! Zipp's continuous technological investment in wheels and components make them the perfect partner for Team TWENTY12."

Armstrong rode a 1080 front wheel and 900 disc to win the 2009 world time trial championship in Mendrisio, Switzerland, and a 808 front/900 disc combination for her gold-medal performance at the 2008 Olympics in Beijing.

Peanut Butter & Co. Team TWENTY12 manager Nicola Cranmer added, "We're very excited about this partnership. Zipp's bars, stems, seatposts, and tires have performed exceptionally on our test rides, and obviously the results from cyclocross and triathlon are very encouraging. And we've all seen Zipp wheels winning races at every level of the sport, including some of the biggest victories of Kristin's career."

Partner brand SRAM will continue its componentry sponsorship after incredible wins at the SRAM Tour of the Gila, the Giro, and numerous national championships. "In supplying SRAM RED and SRAM Force groupsets, we will proudly continue to forward their mission of graduating athletes to the 2012 Olympics," said Sponsorship Manager Alex Wassmann." "The girls love SRAM componentry and they win on it," added Cranmer. SRAM RED remains the world's lightest, fastest, and most ergonomic groupset and continues to win the world's most difficult cycling events.

Zipp will announce additional teams for 2011 as sponsorship deals are finalized.
